That may have been true 10 years ago but these days you should be looking for green cards.
Whenever i see an Oregonian pumping gas in WA I ask them how they learned to do that
You get five credits at UO learning how to do that.
So Washington residents can make it through Oregon when driving to California.

You get 10 credits for learning how to roll a tight joint at UO
Actually U of O doesn't have credits for pumping gas, its more of a OSU thing. Good luck(not too much luck) on saturday.
You also get ten work credits for participating in a riot at a WTO conference.
